BAA PLAYING POLICY:
ATTENTION PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
We ask that each parent or guardian understand that the Bryant Athletic Association (BAA) Baseball Program is large and that games cannot always be scheduled in a convenient manner for all participants. The player registered herein will be ineligible to participate in next year’s BAA baseball program should he/she register to participate in another league program during the current year’s BAA season instead of the BAA program.
By my submission below, I express understanding of the statements above and that the BAA program is a service offered to the community as a means of recreation, and I also realize my child, herein, is a voluntary participant with my full permission.
I understand that my child’s participation is at his/her own risk and I hereby release the BAA and the City of Bryant, Arkansas, from any and all liability to any person, player, parent, or guardian for any injury, death, or property damage that may result from our participation in the BAA program. My acknowledgement of these policies also authorizes emergency medical treatment for my child in the event that it is needed and I am not present to select medical facilities and/or a physician of my choice.
I also agree to read and abide by the principles set forth in the Parent's Sport Code of Conduct.
